About Antalya
Antalya was built in 1950 in art deco style and in 2007 was extensively renovated. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and en suite and there is another bedroom with ocean views from its double bed.
The third bedroom sleeps four with 2 bunks and another room sleeps 2 (one bunk). Underneath one of the bunks there is a pull out single bed if needed. The mattress for this can be found in the other bunkroom. In the lounge the sofa bed may be set up for a third couple.
As well as a modern kitchen complete with dishwasher there is a new bathroom and a separate toilet. There is no bath. Near the back door is a comfortable outdoor living area with barbecue provided and the large timber deck out the front is an ideal place for morning coffee while looking out to sea.
We are proud of the energy saving features included in Antalya's renovations - double glazed windows, solar hot water and low energy lights that need about a minute before full brightness is reached.
We have chosen a front loading automatic washing machine because of its water saving features and detergent for a top loading machine is not to be used. Please bring detergent suitable for a front loader. There is also a plasma TV with DVD player connected and a CD player/radio is provided.
There is firewood in the shed towards the rear of the block if you need to light the wood heater. The garage door will be locked for the owners' use only.
Doonas, pillows and extra blankets are provided but YOU WILL NEED TO BRING: doona covers and pillow cases, sheets, bath towels, tea towels bath mats and table cloth. Don't forget your beach towels too and there is a public tennis court 50 metres away for those keen to play.
Linen may be hired if you choose not to bring your own. This will be $22 per person for the duration of your stay. Please include your request on the message section of the enquiry page or simply “Book and Pay” on the “Check Availability” page.
Bridport also has a public library with online access centre, golf courses, bowling green, medical centre, restaurants, hotel, bistro, café, take away, supermarkets, butcher, bakery and boat launching ramps.
Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking inside is strictly prohibited.
